  3. can’t do survey, won’t take my code. Shantell at 744 South Meadow St Suite 200, Ithaca, NY 14850 was amazing. Had a few problems trying to put in a code, she apologized for taking so long. Was no problem at all. Very polite and friendly. She is what consumer service is all about. Be happy to get in her line again.
